You will get a clear understanding of Carmel's views on leadership in the way she defines it, 'True leadership is an alignment of personal values and lived purpose to make the world a better place. No matter how big or small that place is, it doesn't matter. It can be a small community, it can be a big world but harnessing your own strengths so that others want to be on the journey with you'. I particularly liked the process of aligning values and purpose - when these are not aligned, to what extent does this undermine the leadership process?
